Phyllis Jean Postell Comunale, 81, of North Versailles, Pennsylvania passed away at UPMC McKeesport on February 16, 2021.

Phyllis Jean was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on November 6, 1939.  She lovingly raised 3 children and cared for her family.  She was a sweet, gracious, intelligent and compassionate human being, a talented artist, author, chef and avid reader.

Beloved mother of Sharon White, Paula and the late Faye.  Beloved mother in law of the late Daniel.  Loving grandmother of Joshua (Monica) and great grandmother of Abigail and Allison.  Dear sister of Nancy Lee and the late Ruth Ann.  Beloved aunt of Robyn (Pete), Daniel (Martha), Wayne, Frank, Nancy (Jimmy) JoAnn (John), Janice (Michael) and Adam (Wendy).  Loving great Aunt of Alyssa (Nicolás), Jordan, Daniel (Pamela), Sophia (Brian), John, Steven, Jacob, Madeline and Stella.  Dear daughter of the late Ernest and late Sarah.

Memorial donations may be made to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital of Memphis, Tennessee

The family would like to thank nurses Carol, Michelle and Tina for their loving care.
