Catherine 'Kay" Sterner, age 88 of North Huntingdon died February 27, 2021 at Excela Heath Westmoreland Hospital. She was born June 6, 1932 in Duquesne, Pa., a daughter of the late Joseph and Catherine Curan Flanagen.Prior to her retirment, Kay was employed as a banquet waitress by the Marriott Hotel in Monroeville. She loved to travel to Florida, enjoyed ballroom dancing and was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan. . She was a member of St. Agnes Church, North Huntingdon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles and two children, Gary and Bonnie Sterner. She is survived by one son Dale and his wife Linda, one daughter, Denise Conrad and her husband Keith, two sisters, Carol Cavender and Marie Burrell, three grandchildren, Carly, Michelle and Justin,Visitation and services will be private.
