Anna Mae “Angie” Cartwright, 85, of North Huntingdon, passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at UPMC Mercy Hospital. She was born May 4, 1935 in Braddock, a daughter of the late John and Ann (Ondo) Kolesar. Prior to her retirement, Angie was an award winning sales associate for Freight Liquidators. Later she was employed by the Salvation Army, North Huntingdon. She enjoyed embroidery and crafting. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Johnny and Bernard Kolesar; and sister, Rose Mizak. She is survived by her sons, Kevin (Diane) Heshizer, Pete (Andrea) Cartwright; daughters, Colleen (Mike) Tabak, Glenda (Ron) Sekerchak, Sandy (Bob) Bante, Sue Heshizer; brother, Richard (Cindy) Kolesar; sisters, Eleanor (Don) Swanson, Mary Potochnik; grandchildren, Michael (Renee) Tabak, Melissa (Jim) Danko, Ron (Kelly) Sekerchak, Brooke (Jason) Santo Colombo, Vanessa Bante, Brittany (Adam) Plank, Bob (Jenna) Bante, Samantha (Brian) Flannery; seven great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Ryan, Reese, Jemma, Carter, Carmen, James and Gianna; and numerous nieces and nephews. We would like to thank LGAR Health & Rehabilitation for their exceptional care of our mother. Special thanks to Carl, Rebecca, Celeste and her niece, Toni Lander. There will be no visitation per her wishes. A memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 11 a.m. in St. Edward Catholic Church, Herminie. PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO THE CHURCH.
