Thomas A. Hoskins, 88, of Pittston, formerly of Lincoln Borough, passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at Golden Living Center. He was a steelworker for U.S. Steel, Clairton Works.
Born September 21, 1927 in Centerville, he was a son of the late William Henry and Jessie Marie Hoskins. He is survived by his wife, Joan "Annie" (Piccini) Hoskins of Pittston; daughters, Tammy Wallace of Dupont, Kelley Miller of Laceyville, Jessie Hoskins of Tennessee, Harriet Trail of Buena Vista, Dolores Greenwood of Mt. Pleasant, and Gloria Hoskins of Uniontown; sons, Thomas A. Hoskins, Jr. of Elizabeth Twp., Michael Hoskins of Pittsburgh, and Wayne Hoskins of Glassport; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Frank Hoskins. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A Funeral Service will take place on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at 10 AM in Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jude Urso officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp. Offer condolences at www.bekavacfuneralhome.com.
