Sylvia "Peachie" Pearsol, 68, of West Elizabeth, passed away on Monday, August 1, 2016 at home. A former councilwoman of West Elizabeth, she was a homemaker, a former employee at Jefferson Hospital, a member of Olivet United Presbyterian Church in West Elizabeth, and a member of the Floreffe Fire Department's Ladies Auxiliary.

Born June 14, 1948 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Jane (Bickerton) Williams. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Harry Pearsol; daughters, Renae (Steve) Hallam of West Elizabeth, and Crystal (Henry) Pearsol of West Elizabeth; grandchildren, Sierra, Quenton and Emma; sister, Margaret Campbell of Rostraver; brother, Larry Williams of West Elizabeth; sister, Betty Jane Coltogirone of North Huntingdon; sister, Mary Ellen Sulesky of North Huntingdon; brother, Harry Joseph Williams of West Elizabeth; and brother, Gary Williams of West Elizabeth; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Edwin Williams, Robert Williams, Emerson Williams, Donna Lloyd, Charles Williams, Ross Williams, and Bonnie Rae Zuzo. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth on Thursday, August 4, 2016 from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, August 5, 2016 at 10 AM in Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Walter Pietschmann officiating.
