Cynthia Louise Milchick, 72, of North Huntingdon, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. She was born March 15, 1949 in Braddock, a daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Louise (Cifranick) Milchick. Cynthy was a graduate of Norwin Senior High School and was a cosmetologist. She was a member of St. Agnes Church, North Huntingdon where she was Director of R.C.I. A., a Eucharistic Minister, catechism teacher and taught Bible classes for many years. Cynthy belonged to the Secular Carmelite Order of Latrobe of Jesus Mary and Joseph, given the Carmelite name, Cynthia of the Good Shepherd. She was a devout Catholic who dedicated her life to God. In her spare time, she enjoyed reading and watching movies. She is survived by her siblings, Kenneth A. Milchick and his wife, Mary E. "Liz", Dennis R. Milchick and his wife, Shirley, Andrea McAfee, and Thomas A. Milchick; nephew, David (Danielle) Milchick; and niece, Tracey (Greg) Hartman. Friends will be received from 2-7 p.m. on Wednesday at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday at 10 a.m. in St. Agnes Church. Interment to follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Irwin.
