Frances R. (Testa) Loughner, 98, of North Versailles died Friday, August 20, 2021. She was born March 11, 1923 in Treesmills, a daughter of the late Domenic and Jane (Shelkey) Testa. She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, North Versailles. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a daughter Juanita Smith and siblings Ida Forney, Dorothy Bendis, and Wayne Testa.

She is survived by her children Hazel M. (the late Russell) Dunlevy, Jean (Buster) McCleary, and William (Linda) Loughner; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; also nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Forgie-Snyder Funeral Home, 1032 Broadway Ave., East McKeesport, where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Interment will be in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers a contribution can be made to the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society.
