Louise A. (DiGiacomo) DeVito, 98 of Glassport, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at Riverside Care Center. She was born in McKeesport on May 10, 1923, to the late Giuseppe and Ida DeFrancisco DiGiacomo. Louise was the loving wife of 43 years to the late Nunzio “Tony” DeVito. She is survived by her daughter Lucille (Bob) Balog of Glassport, her son Joseph A. (Carole) DeVito of White Oak, as well as many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her grandchildren Colleen Balog, Tracey Werner, and Jay DeVito, as well as her great-grandchildren Owen and Zachary Werner. Louise was preceded in death by her sister Elizabeth Grossi and her brothers J.D., Mario, and Anthony. She was a member of the Sons of Italy as well as a member of the St. Joachim and Anne Catholic Church, formerly known as Queen of the Rosary. She enjoyed reading, cooking Italian food, going for walks, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family and friends will be received on Sunday, August 29, 2021, from 6-8 pm at E.C. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 235 Monongahela Ave, Glassport, PA 15045. A service will take place at 10 am on Monday, August 30, 2021, at St. Joachim and Anne Parish. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Port Vue.
