Patricia “Trisha” Kowalski, age 68, of White Oak, died on Friday, November 12, 2021. She was born in McKeesport on June 30, 1953 and is the daughter of the late John and Helen Kolibas Mulac. 

She was a nurse at Mon Yough, McKeesport Hospital, and homecare for a career of over 30 years. Trisha is remembered as a kind, compassionate nurse, mother, friend, and family member.

She is survived by her daughter, Jill (Matthew) Cullen of North Hills and was anxiously awaiting the birth of their baby. She is also survived by her son, Benjamin (Lada) Kowalski of Boca Raton, Florida; granddaughter, Ava; sister, Linda (Andrew) Siminerio of North Hills; and brother, Michael Mulac of McKeesport. She is fondly remembered by her nephews, John Siminerio; Drew Siminerio; Zachary Mulac; and niece Lara Lemon.

Services were held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177). Burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Port Vue.
