William Milas, age 88, of Forward Twp., passed away on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at home. A Marine veteran serving during the Korean War, he retired as a science teacher in the West Mifflin School District. A former Jefferson Hills police officer, he enjoyed his farm and horses and was a former roper. Born May 21, 1933 in Clairton, he was a son of the late George and Anna (Ruches) Milas. He is survived by his wife, Linda L. (Stokes) Milas; granddaughter, Harlie (John Democko) McGihon of Glassport; grandson, Luke Temple of Glassport; brother, Thomas (Nancy) Milas; a sister; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by daughter, Amanda Lynn Milas.
