Frank Henry Carney, 80, of North Huntingdon, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021 at his home.  He was born, February 3, 1941 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Walter and Lillian E. (Hawley) Carney.  Prior to his retirement, Frank worked for Mesta Machine Co., was the owner and operator of Frank Carney Construction and a veteran of the US Navy.  He was a graduate of Turtle Creek Sr. High School Class of 1959, life member of Hartford Heights VFD, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, traveling and loved his furry friend, Fergie.  In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his brother, Ralph Gigglio.  He is survived by his loving wife, Donna (Schmidt) Carney; son, Frank W. Carney; daughter, Tonya Tucker; sisters, Carol (Arnie) Levine, Bobbie Pomykayla, Darlene Loeffler; grandchildren, Brandon, Ashley, Nathan, Natasha, Mikaela; and six great-grandchildren.  Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Sunday at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA  15642.  A funeral service will take place on Monday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.  Interment to follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.  www.shirleyfuneralhome.com
