Margaret Gamrat, 90, of N. Huntingdon, passed away Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Jefferson Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born July 29, 1931 in Munhall, a daughter of the late John and Anna (Kachmaris) Belan. Prior to her retirement, Margaret was a payroll clerk for Kennywood Park, a member of St. Agnes Parish and she enjoyed playing cards. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Gamrat; son, Edward Gamrat, and brother, John Belan. She is survived by her son, David Gamrat; daughter, Alberta Mamrose; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA 15642. A funeral service will take place on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
