Sandra A. Funk, 69, of North Huntingdon, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2022 at Forbes Regional Hospital.  She was born November 4, 1952 in Jeannette, a daughter of the late Paul and Margaret Vehec.  Prior to her retirement, Sandra was a CNA.  She enjoyed camping, going to casinos and playing slots, and was a member of Larimer Auxiliary and social member of Hartford Heights and St. Joe's Polish clubs.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Paul Vehec Jr.  She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Albert Funk; sons, Robert Judge Jr., Albert Funk Jr. (Peggy), Michael P. Funk (Jessica Boekly); brother, Frank Vehec; sisters, Cindy Downes, Andrea Moffa; grandchildren, Dante Funk, Kailani Funk, Alex, Nicholas, Ellington and Xavier Paulus.

Family and friends are invited for a gathering from 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA  15642.  A memorial service will follow at 11 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.  www.shirleyfuneralhome.com
