Tressa J. McCorkle, age 81, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Baldwin Health Center. She was a former cafeteria worker at Elizabeth Forward High School. A member of Elizabeth Baptist Church, she enjoyed traveling with her husband. Born May 10, 1940 in Elizabeth, she was a daughter of the late James and Margaret (Porch) Marks. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, David H. McCorkle Sr.; daughter, Suzanne (Douglas) Grimes of Peters Twp.; son, David H. (Elizabeth) McCorkle Jr. of Liberty Borough; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Carol Marks of Fort Pierce, FL; also, nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Daniel James McCorkle. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth on Sunday, February 27, 2022 from 1-4 and 6-8 PM. A funeral service will take place on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 10 AM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Jeff Riker officiating. Burial will follow in Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth Twp.
