Kevin E. Tinsley Sr., 48, of Pittsburgh, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022.  He was born December 30, 1973, a son of Cheryl L. DiBiase (Andy) and the late Herold Tinsley.  Kevin was a truck driver and enjoyed riding his Harley.  He is survived by his wife, Joyce (Bennett) Tinsley; sons, Kevin Jr. (Kayla), John, Zachery (Sami), Liam; daughters, Meegan, Cirra; brothers, Timothy Pugh, Robert DiBiase Jr. (Doug Marciniak), Jason Tinsley (Jennifer); sister, Rebecca Boss (Kyle); numerous grandchildren; mother-in-law, Maureen Toomey; and best friend, Paul Kovac.  Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA  15642.  A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.  www.shirleyfuneralhome.com
