Leonard M. Peklansky, 75, of Elizabeth Township, died Sunday April 24, 2022. He was born February 10, 1947, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late John and Ann Peklansky. He was a proud graduate of Slippery Rock College and was a retired employee of West Penn Testing, New Kensington. He enjoyed fishing and time spent with family. He was an animal lover and contributed to many charitable causes.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Lois Faye Peklansky. He is survived by his son Brian M. Peklansky and his wife Allison of Brookhaven, GA, and his granddaughter Weston Peklansky. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Forgie-Snyder Funeral Home, 1032 Broadway Ave., East McKeesport. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Elizabeth Seton Church. Interment followed in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
