Kathryn Murphy, 80, of Greensburg, passed away Monday, May 9, 2022 in Westmoreland Manor, Greensburg.  She was born December 1, 1941 in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of the late Floyd and Hilda (Overly) Altzinger.  Kathryn enjoyed cooking and shopping.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Murphy; sons, Donald Jr. and Floyd; and daughter, Debbie Murphy.  She is survived by her sons, Ronald, Roger and his wife, Maureen, Dale, Ricky and Billy; daughter, Elizabeth Hertzog and her husband, Dennis; daughters-in-law, Denise and Teri; 15 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.  Friends will be received on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA  15642.  Interment to follow in Westmoreland Memorial Park, Greensburg.
