Rebecca Dakin, 64, of North Huntingdon, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Redstone Highlands, Greensburg. She was born November 1, 1957 in McKeesport, daughter of the late Lloyd E. and Dorothy (Kondrich) Dakin. Before her retirement, Rebecca taught at Penn Hills High School, where she was named Teacher of the Year. She was a member of the Ardara Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Becky was a passionate teacher, a master quilter, and a trusted mentor. She was a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, and will be deeply missed. She is survived by her sisters, Deborah Dakin and Loretta Dakin, her brother, Lloyd Dakin Jr. and his wife, He-Bing; her nephew Lloyd Tai Dakin and niece Katra Dakin. There will be no visitation.
