Lucy I. Roldan, 68 of Jefferson Hills, formerly of Rockville, Maryland, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at her home. She was born in Quito, Ecuador, on August 21, 1953, to the late Alfredo and Ines (Moncayo) Roldan. She is survived by her brother John C. (Peggy) Roldan of Gaithersburg, Maryland, as well as her beloved dog. She enjoyed discussing politics via Facebook and her blog, as well as taking care of animals throughout her life. She also enjoyed attending services at Saint Thomas A’ Becket Roman Catholic Church. 
Arrangements have been entrusted to S.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N. 6th St, Clairton, PA 15025. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Animal Friends by going to their website and clicking the “Donate” tab, or by calling (412) 847-7051. You can also mail a note with your information and Lucy’s name, accompanied by a check made payable to Animal Friends c/o Development Department, 562 Camp Horne Road Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
