Robert Paul Bollinger, 84, of North Huntingdon, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Allegheny General Hospital. He was born June 23, 1938, a son of the late Earl and Mary (Maloney) Bollinger. Prior to his retirement, Bob was a salesman for Kmart and a veteran of the US Army. He was a member of St. Agnes Church, VFW Post 781 and Norwin Lions Club. He enjoyed fishing, going to the gym and spending time with his family and grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Raymond, Joe and Leo; sister, Joni. He is survived by his sons, Robert (Rose) Bollinger, David (Maureen) Bollinger; daughters, Carol Giron, Mary Ann Bollinger, Megan (Greg) Bollinger; brother, Jack Bollinger; sisters, Gerry Isher Wood, Patty Painter, Dolores Balogh; grandchildren, Nicole, Heather, Samantha, Jonathan; great-grandchildren, Nevaeh, Urijah, Aiden, Noah and Mason; and former wife, Joyce (Christ) Bollinger. Friends will be received from 2-8 p.m. on Friday at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA 15642. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday in St. Agnes Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family. www.shirleyfuneralhome.com
