Eleanore B. (Jacko) Kinsey, 91, of Irwin, passed away peacefully Tuesday September 20, 2016 at Walden’s View, North Huntingdon. She was born February 2, 1925 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of the late Joseph and Julia (Kurutz) Jacko and was also preceded in death by her daughter, Marianne Kinsey, her son, Thomas L. Kinsey Sr., and siblings, Robert Jacko, Viola Kampert, Irene Braddock, Margaret Kyle, and Robert Jacko. She was a graduate of Norwin High School, class of 1942 and a member of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Irwin where she sang in the funeral choir and was a member of Christian Mothers.

Eleanore’s great joy was her family to whom she was devoted. She was the beloved wife of John R. “Jack” Kinsey for sixty nine years; mother of John R. “Jack” Kinsey Jr. (Diane) of Youngwood, Christine C. Omiatek (Tom) of Ligonier, Sheryl A. Giovanelli (Mike) of Richeyville, Pamela J. Removcik-Widmyer (Joe) of McHenry, MD, Eleanore B. Bucchi (Don) of Greensburg, and Leslie M. Naret (Tony) of North Huntingdon; sixteen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; also nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the William Snyder Funeral Home, Inc., 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200. Parting prayers will be held at 9 a.m. Friday in the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 9:30 a.m. in the Church of the Immaculate Conception with Father John Moineau, as celebrant. Interment will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
