Boris "BoBo" Abrasheff, age 92 of Clairton, passed away at his daughter's home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. Born March 3, 1930 in Clairton, he was a son of the late Kiril and Theodora (Mirchef) Abrasheff. A US Army Veteran of the Korean War and member of Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish - St. Clare of Assisi Church, BoBo was the decades-long owner/proprietor of the Clairton Bakery and an avid golfer. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bernadette (Chisick) Abrasheff, who passed away November 24, 2005, and his brother Kosta Abrasheff. BoBo is survived by his daughters Karen (Gil) Berry and Nanette (Barry) Shaffron, both of Jefferson Hills, his brother Carl "Cu" (Marlene) Abrasheff of Clairton, and also nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the A.J. Bekavac Funeral Home, 555 5th. St., Clairton, PA 15025 (412-233-5700) on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 2 PM to 4 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 12 Noon in Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, St. Clare of Assisi Church.
