Violet G. (Anderson) Drylie, 88, of North Irwin, died Thursday September 22, 2016. She was born January 21, 1928 in North Irwin, a daughter of the late Herbert T. and Karen (Dahlman) Anderson and was also preceded in death by brothers Robert and Herbert Anderson. Violet was a former performer in the Ice Capades. She was a member of Norwin Alliance Church, North Huntingdon.

She is survived by her children, Sandee Gentile of Panama City, FL, Ronald (Tina) Drylie of Bolivar, Thomas Drylie of Port Charlotte, FL, and Richard Drylie of Panama City, FL; eight grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a sister Norma Parry; sister in law Marion Anderson of North Irwin; also nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 Monday at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200, where a funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with Rev.
