Elizabeth "Liz" C. McLaughlin, 59 of North Huntingdon, passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022 at home. She was born April 1, 1963 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late George and Rhoda (Simpson) McLaughlin. Liz was a homemaker and enjoyed swimming, cookouts with her family and loved her cats. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, James; brothers, George, Arthur, Herman, Allan, Thomas and Frank; sisters, Angie Dulkis and Rhoda Grimm. She is survived by her son, Arthur David and his wife, Jessie; sisters, Rebecca (Bruce) Grimm and Janie (John) Guthrie. Friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. on Monday at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA 15642. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow in Bigley Family Cemetery, Coulter, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bigley Family Cemetery. www.shirleyfuneralhome.com
