Gary Robert Andres, Sr., 72, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2023. He was born July 1, 1950 in McKeesport and was the son to the late Andrew George and Lulu Mae (Terry) Andres. Gary worked for various HVAC Companies as a technician and installer, but also had his own business on the side as a Tractor Mechanic for many people around the area. He shared a hunting camp with his brothers and spent a lot of time hunting and fishing. He enjoyed taking rides on his motorcycles, and as he got older, he became a real good classic car enthusiast. Cruising around town or refurbishing old classics, he was always on the hunt for different makes & models to fix.

Gary is survived by his wife of 54 years, Jean Marie (Klotz) Andres; sons, Gary Robert Andres, Jr., of Elizabeth Township, and Michael Andrew (Paul James) Young of Sewickley; brother, Elmer (Judith) S. Andres; sisters, Jane (Albert) Gonzales, Pamela Sue (the late Luke) Lukowski, and Marlene (John) Merks; nephew, Ron (Kim) Andres; nieces, Tracy (Ron) Vecchio, and Kelly Beck; and many other loving nieces & nephews. In addition to his parents, Gary is preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth William Andres.
