Ida Jean McCormley, 84, of North Huntingdon, formerly of North Versailles, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2023. She was born October 15, 1938 in Elizabeth and was daughter to the late Benjamin and Miriam (Herron) Silberman. She was a graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School. Ida was a Private Secretary for the Pennsylvania Industrial Chemical Company - where she met the "love of her life" who at the time was a Resin Chemist in the lab at Picco. She was the wife to the late Dr. Robert "Arch" McCormley for over 54 years. Ida is survived by her children, Dr. Ben (Kristin) McCormely, Dr. Michelle (Jeff) Kisiel-Cohen, and Amy O'Hara, PhD.; grandchildren, Alex, Sarah, and Katie Kisiel, Matthew and Jacob McCormley, and Eva and Aengus O'Hara; sister, Joan Finkel; and nieces and nephews.
