Virginia "Ginger" A. Flynn, age 83 of Penn Township, formerly of North Huntingdon died February 26, 2023. She was born July 9, 1939 in McKeesport, Pa., a daughter of the late William and Agnes Altmiller. Virginia was a member of St. Barbara's Church, Harrison City. She was a girl scout leader, trail monitor at the Yough River bike trail and a member of the Norwin Band Aides. Prior to her retirement, she was employed by Cleveland Price. She was preceded in death by her husband James in 2016, three brothers, Robert Altmiller, William and David Baker. She is survived by her daughter, Marianne Saber (Bruce); two sons, Michael Flynn and James Flynn (Laura); brother, Charles Baker (Cathy); sister-in-law, Cam Baker; 4 grandchildren, Daniel (Becky), Tim , Trevor and Shane Flynn; and great-grandchild, Rory. A memorial mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in St. Barbara Church, Harrison City followed by a celebration of life luncheon at Will Onita's.  Memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels. www.shirleyfuneralhome.com.
