Douglas "DR" Williams, 75, of Penn Hills, passed away suddenly Monday, March 6, 2023 at home.  He was born August 30, 1947 in Lexington, KY  and was the son of Ondeine E. (Rau) Williams of Penn Hills and the late Bill L. Williams.  DR was a US Army Veteran during the Vietnam War and enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and animals, especially his cat, "Pretty Girl". He will be greatly missed. In addition to his mother, he is survived by sister, Bari (Vince) Veltre of White Oak; brother, Richard (Becky) Williams of Loris, SC; and nieces and nephews.  In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Roxanne L.
