Eleanor "Tally" Plummer, 92, of Greenock, passed away Friday, July 7, 2023. She was born in McKeesport on July 11, 1930 and was the daughter of the late Cheaser and Elizabeth (Hayes) Talavinia. She was also the wife to the late Jack K. Plummer, who passed away October 14, 1995. Tally was a long time member of Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church. She was a past member of the Elizabeth Township Historical Society, and enjoyed puzzle books, jig-saw puzzles, and crocheting. Through the years, Tally crocheted over 400 lap quilts for patients in nursing homes and hospitals in the surrounding areas. She kept track of every quilt she ever made; even down to the colors and stitch pattern she used.

She is survived by her son, David (Lisa) Plummer of Mount Vernon; daughter, Diane Plummer of Greenock; grandchildren, Justin (Jen) Plummer, and Jessica Plummer; and great-grandchildren, Jack, Jericho, and Jace. In addition to her parents and husband, Tally is preceded in death by her brother, Warner Talavinia. All services are private.
