On July 30, 2023, Dennis Damico, a much loved brother and uncle passed away in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. He was born December 15, 1954 in Pittsburgh, Pa. Although he was never married, he was actively involved in the lives of our family. A hard worker in everything he did; at the post office, in refurbishing his farm house and pretty much where ever help was needed. He loved baseball and he was an avid collector of toys, probably because he was still a kid at heart. He was known for his great sense of humor and his quick wit. He loved the Lord and prayed for us daily and he was an integral part of his church, Covenant Church East of Greensburg. Denny was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Settina (Iezzi), and his sister Linda Damico. He is survived by his brother Nicholas, sister–in-law Carol and 2 nephews, Benjamin and Gabriel Damico. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 Monday, August 7th at the James Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA. 15642. Service will be on Tuesday, August 8th at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Operation Blessing-Clean Water Initiative to help build a well in a designated third world country in Denny’s honor.
