Debra M. "Debbie" Solo, age 72, of West Mifflin, passed away on Friday, September 1, 2023, at UPMC Mercy. Born in McKeesport on May 17, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Dolores (Charmo) Waugaman. She was a former x-ray technician, a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish-former Holy Name Church, liked sketch artistry and drawing, gardening and was passionate about the Steelers. She is survived by her son Chris (Susie) Solo of State College, PA; grandmother of Michael Solo and Molly Solo; and sister of Gary (Linda) Waugaman and their family Bryan, Jason and Laura Waugaman and late Craig (wife Carol survives) Waugaman and their family Chaz and Brant Waugaman,. There is no visitation. Services will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 12 noon, with inurnment, in Holy Name Cemetery, West Mifflin.
