Lawrence “Larry” S. Dansak, age 80, of North Huntingdon, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2023. He was born April 5, 1943 in McKeesport, a son of the late Albert and Emma (Gergely) Dansak. He was a past member of St. Edward Catholic Church in Herminie. He was an Air Force veteran that went on to work as a mechanic / maintenance for over 36 years at US Airways in Pittsburgh before retiring. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Linda J. Dansak; sister Sandra Kersting; and brother Dennis Dansak. He is survived by his brother-in-law William Kersting of White Oak; nephew Bill (Heather) Kersting of North Huntingdon and their children Tayler, Dylan and Kaitlyn; and sister-in-law Nancy that helped with his care.

Friends and family will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Irwin. Interment with military honors will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in North Versailles.
