Carrie Ann Monk, age 57 of Unity Township and formerly of Liberty Borough, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2016 in Latrobe Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born July 2, 1959 in Silver Creek, NY, she was a daughter of the late Glen and Geraldine (Ward) Monk and was preceded in death by a brother Darrell Monk.
Carrie is survived by her brothers Charles William Ward of Ambridge, Randolph Monk of Niantic, CT, and Gregory Monk of Saltsburg; her sisters Karen Vaillancourt of Nashville, TN and Stacy Monk of McKeesport; and also nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory, 4504 Walnut St., Versailles Borough, McKeesport, PA 15132 (412-678-3454) on Friday, November 4, 2016 from 10 AM until an 11 AM Memorial Service with Rev.
