Victor Joseph Ruisi, 91, of McKeesport, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at home. He was born March 16, 1932 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Giuseppe and Concetta (Pitone) Ruisi. He was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish-St. Patrick Church in Christy Park, and was also a member of McKeesport VFW, Knights of Columbus, Italian Sons and Daughters of America, and AGO. Victor was a US Army Veteran serving during the Korean War and was retired from CONRAIL. He was a graduate of Duquesne University.

He is survived by his sister, Rosalie (George) Brletic of Lincoln Borough, nieces nephews, George Jr., (Jeri), Laura (Timothy), Cheryl (Kevin), Connie and Michelle, great nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. He was preceded in death by sisters, Frances Varasse and Mary Ondick-Baldes, nephews, Pete and Kenneth, and a niece, Dolly. Friends are welcome Sunday, November 5, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J.
