Carol (Jancef) Rice, 71, of North Huntingdon, passed away peacefully in the loving care of her family on Thursday, November 16, 2023. Carol spent the majority of her nursing career in long-term care, loved her dogs and took great pride in her family. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Rice; her parents, Otto and Dorothy (Schmidt) Jancef; sister Linda Horne; and step-daughter, Terri Shawn Rice. Carol will be sadly missed by her daughters, Tara Hall (Christopher) of North Huntingdon, and Amber Zahorchak (Rafael Perez Diez) of San Juan, Puerto Rico; and her step-son, Dustin Rice; cherished grandchildren, Ethan Hall and Rafael, Cecilia and Gonzalo Perez; sister, Doris Phillips; and niece Tracy Seman (Richard).
