Frances Joyce Hochard, 96, of North Huntingdon, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023 at Redstone Highlands, Greensburg. She was born February 13, 1927 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Walter J. and Henrietta (Woolley) Wearer. Prior to her retirement, Joyce was a secretary for the Norwin School District Administration. She was a world traveler, enjoyed interior design, taking home and garden tours and was the first resident to move into Redstone Highlands, North Huntingdon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert H. Hochard. She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Joyce Hochard-Irwin. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to the R.N.H. Activities Fund, Redstone Highlands, 12921 Redstone Drive, North Huntingdon, PA 15642. Arrangements made by James W.
