Thelma was known for her kind and gentle nature. She had a remarkable talent for crocheting and crafting, using her skills to create beautiful handmade gifts for her family and friends. Each stitch and every carefully chosen thread was a testament to her love and the joy she found in bringing happiness to others.

She found immense joy in the presence of her grandchildren, and she cherished the precious moments spent together. Whether it was sharing laughter, telling stories, or teaching them new crafts, she delighted in their company and made countless cherished memories that will forever live on in their hearts.

Thelma is survived by her children, Thomas Mehaffey and Terri Kwiecinski; grandchildren, Scott Kwiecinski, Jamie (Mary) Kwiecinski, Tammy (Bob) Mehaffey, Michael (Melissa) Mehaffey, and Tommy (Rosann) Mehaffey; great-grandchildren, Taylore, Logan, Aiden, Layla, Colton, Kaelin, Ailena, Karina, Logan, and London. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Raymond McCall, and daughter-in-law, Lucy Mehaffey. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the time of last leave at 10 a.m. The burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Park.
