David N. Stolic, age 57, of North Huntingdon, died Nov. 8th, 2016, at St. Clair Hospital in Mt. Lebanon. Born Dec. 9th, 1958, in Homestead, he was the son of the late Paul and Elizabeth “Betty” (Johnson) Stolic and the husband of Antonietta (Chiaverini) Stolic.
David was vice president of Wagner Development Co, Inc. in Pittsburgh. He had worked as a project manager at Rycon Construction, Inc. in Pittsburgh, prior to his career at Wagner Development Co. David held an accounting degree from Youngstown State University. A loving, kind, generous man, David would often surprise those he loved with his dry sense of humor. David was a Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoyed going to Pirates and Penguins games. Of all his blessings, David held his family and the time spent with his grandchildren most dear.
In addition to his wife, survivors include children, Nicole (Jason) Jordan of Stow, OH, Jennifer (Ryan) Embrey of Portage, MI, Anthony (Star) Gallaher of West Mifflin and Brett (Jeff) Mrvos of White Oak; grandchildren, Joshua, Gia, Gabby, Audrey, Desmond and Melina; siblings, Paul (Anna Marie) Stolic of Greenville, SC, Linda (Gary) Waugaman of South Park and William (Lorraine) Stolic of Jupiter, FL; nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death, this past July, by his beloved mother-in- law, Rose Marlene Chiaverini.
Family and friends will be received Friday, November 11th, from 2-9 p.m. at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory, 220 9th St. McKeesport. Fr. Vincent P. Velas will celebrate Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday morning, 10:00 a.m., at St. Patrick Church. Entombment will follow in New St. Joseph Mausoleum.
