Mona Lee Pierce, 86, of Liberty Borough, formerly of Elizabeth, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024. She was born December 7, 1947 in Elizabeth and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret (Cavanaugh) Joll. She was the wife of the late James Clifford Pierce. Mona Lee and James were the proprietors of the "Last Chance Bar" in Glassport.

She is survived by her sons, Ray Pierce of Elizabeth, Robert Pierce of Liberty Borough, and Clifford J. (Michelle) Pierce of Glassport, daughters, Renae Pierce of Glassport, and Rona (Richard) Long of Homestead, grandchildren, Nicole Dusi, Richard Pierce, Jennifer Pierce, Dustin (Alana) Pierce, Laurel (Jason) Sandusky, Robert (Brittnay) Pierce, Lee Fetterman, Robert Ostrowski and Joseph (Izzy) Ostrowski, Ashlee Pierce, Brook (Jason) Paul, Tahyler (Patrick) Carroll, Bailey Long, Jordan Pierce and James Pierce, 17 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard James Pierce, brother, Thomas, and sisters, Shirley. Margaret and Mary Ellen. There is no visitation.
