John David Kurnock, a beloved son, father, and brother, peacefully passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 48 in McKeesport. Born on February 17, 1976, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Wanda Guy and the late William Guy.

John's kindness, laughter, and love for his family will be dearly missed. He leaves behind his cherished mother, Wanda Guy; his devoted sister, Wendy (Earl) Goreck; his five loving children, Brookelynn, Tabatha, Kimberlee, Zachary, and Tiffani; his six adoring grandchildren; and his sister Patricia. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews who will hold his memory close to their hearts.

Along with his father, John was also preceded in death by his grandfather, John Kurnock; grandmother, Sophia Kurnock; and brothers, Walt Goughnour and John Guy.

A dedicated construction worker in his earlier years, John was also an enthusiastic Pittsburgh Steelers fan, always cheering for his team with passion. His family and friends remember him for his warm personality, his wonderful sense of humor, and his unwavering love for his family.

John's passing, though deeply mourned, will forever be remembered in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. May he rest in peace, surrounded by the eternal light of his memory.
