Daniel Mickey Nicora, 80, of Boston, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024. He was born April 21, 1943 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Peter and Mary (Gavrus) Nicora. He was retired from CPI Industries in Christy Park. Daniel was a hard working and honest man. He loved his family very much, especially his children and grandchildren and enjoyed the many trips that they took together.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Theresa (Mannarino) Nicora, daughters, Jennifer (Brad) Barron of Jefferson Hills and Danielle (Chris) Mullen of Monongahela, grandchildren, Francesca Barron, Logan Vitale and Brodey Vitale, brother, Rudolph Nicora of Christy Park, sister, Linda (Randy) Tosto of Aguadulce, CA., sisters in law, Nina (Dr. Robert) Fontana of Greenock, Mary Mannarino and Brenda Nicora of McKeesport, and Daune Mannarino of North Huntingdon, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by brothers, George Nicora, Peter Nicora, and Mickey Nicora, and sisters, Connie Nicora, Florence Irwin, and Viola Gazdich. Friends are welcome Monday, April 1, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Gilbert Funeral home and Crematory, Inc. 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J.
