Walter W. Pack, Jr.

Walter W. (Sonny) Pack, Jr., age 83, of McKeesport passed away peacefully on Saturday evening, April 27, 2024.

Beloved husband of Karen R. (Weaver) Pack; devoted father of W William (Bill) Pack III of McKeesport,

Deborah (Debbie) (Gary) Wassel Sr. of Chardon, Oh, Kristin A. (Arthur) Myers of Pittsburgh

and "daughters" Sheri (Jim) Czak and Bobbi Ann Cramer.

Son of the late Walter W. Sr. and Margaret (Pritchard) Pack;

Brother of Susan (Jon) Bezayiff of W. Linn, Oregon.

Grandfather of Justin Zaracki, Gary Jr. and Nicholas (Elizabeth) Wassel.

Great grandfather of Kinsley Wassel and great grand son due in October.

Sonny is preceeded in death by a granddaughter Lauren Wassel.

Family and friends will be received at the new location-Elmer L. Herman Funeral Home,

828 Richford St At Commonwealth Ave.; Duquesne/W. Mifflin. (Wm. Skovranko Memorial Home, Inc.)

Two Funeral Homes sharing one building/facility (412) 521-2768 on Wednesday 4-7 pm Concluding with a Memorial Service.

Sonny was a member of the 11th Ward Club where he was formally a Trustee.

He retired from the McKeesport Connecting Railroad working the main Locomotive.

Life long camper and "former" Mayor of Smith Grove Campgrounds, Herman, PA
