Evelyn I. Nehas, age 98, of White Oak died peacefully July 5, 2024 at Home. Born December 8, 1925 in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Jane (Kuhn) Breakall.

Evelyn worked in an administrative position at McKeesport Hospital for many years and later for National City Bank in Pittsburgh. She was a member of Versailles AARP, the former Christy Park Senior Citizens. and St. Stephens Episcopal Church, where she frequently attended their craft classes. She also enjoyed volunteering at McKeesport Hospital gift shop, ushering at the Benedum Center and the Byham, Pittsburgh, and playing cards with her friends in the card club.

Evelyn is survived by her daughter-in-law, Adele Mendlowitz; granddaughters, Kristi Parker and Tara Nehas; great-granddaughters, Alexis Nehas and Alison Luster; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Ronald Nehas; sister, Audrey Hiltbrand; and brother, Frank "Stew" Breakall.
