Cheryl Buzzard, beloved daughter, mother, and longtime resident of Mckeesport, PA, passed away at home on July 8, 2024, at the age of 75. Born on April 29, 1949, in Mckeesport, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Jean (Baker) Scott and the wife of the late John Buzzard. Cheryl was a cherished member of the community, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew her.

Growing up in Mckeesport, Cheryl always had a passion for beauty and style, which led her to pursue a career as a hairdresser. With her skilled hands and warm personality, she touched the lives of countless clients over the years. She cherished making others feel beautiful. She will always be remembered as the life of the party and would do anything  for the people she loved.
Cheryl is survived by her daughter, Valerie Buzzard of Mckeesport; granddaughter, Jeanell Platt of Mckeesport.
In addition to her husband and parents, Cheryl was also preceded in death by her daughter, Jean "GiGi" Buzzard.
Arrangements were entrusted to Willig Funeral Home & Crematory.
Inurnment will be scheduled at a later date in round Hill Cemetery.
