Frances Ruth Garrison, age 90, of Glassport, died November 15, 2016 at home. Born January 23, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Beacher and Vallie (Knox) Younkin and the wife of the late James A. Garrison.
Frances was a practicing Jehovah Witness and a homemaker. Frances was most famous for her spaghetti sauce and chicken noodle soup.
She is survived by son, William J. (Joanne) Garrison of Harrison City; daughter, Dorothy Nehila of Glassport; ten grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; uncle, Merle Knox of Berlin, PA; nieces and nephews.


Frances was also preceded in death by son, David Duane Garrison and stepsons, William and John Garrison..
Family and friends will be received Saturday, November 26, 2016, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory. Memorial service will follow at 1 p.m. with Pastor Jody Dausey officiating.
