Richelle Anne "Shelley" Salka, 62, of Bunola passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2024. She was born in Pittsburgh on November 3, 1961 and was the daughter of the late Richard Paul and Louise (Weir) McKee. Shelley worked many years for Matrix Care - an at home nursing care program, as a customer service representative in tech support. She was also a member of the Redeemer Church of South Hills in West Mifflin. She loved going for walks, spending time with her family and enjoyed being around the grandkids. She always had another house project in mind, working on one and immediately starting the next - her and her husband Rod were always making home improvements.

She is survived by her husband, Rod Alan Salka, Sr.; son, Rod Alan (Maria) Salka, Jr., of Bunola; daughter, Abbie (Jesse) Gray of Brookline; grandchildren, Amelia and Camila Salka, and James Gray; sisters, Sharon (John) Davis, and Melinda (Jeff) Davis; father-in-law, Theodore "Ted" Salka, Sr.; brother-in-laws, Ted (Debbie) Salka, Jr., Jimmy Salka, and Bobby (Jackie) Salka; sister-in-law, Linda McKee; as well as nieces and nephews, Laura, Sam, John, Katie, Scott, Bryce, Faith, Anthony, Annie, Taylor, Sydney, and Kylie. In addition to her parents, Shelley is preceded in death by her brother, Richard McKee. Friends are welcome Sunday, September 29, 2024 from 2-4 & 6-8pm at the Gilbert Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. 412-751-5000 Drew J.
