Joan Algeri, age 82, of Versailles died October 4, 2024 at her home. Born August 19, 1942 in Coulter, she was the daughter of the late Harold J. and Caroline (Trijanowski) Boullion and the wife of the late David Algeri.

Joan had an impressive work ethic and worked as a Certified Nurse's Aide at McKeesport Hospital for several years before her retirement. She often worked two jobs, whether it was cleaning homes or caring for the elderly in her free time. Joan enjoyed playing bingo and going to the casino. She had a big heart and will forever be missed for her caring, giving, and loving nature.

She is survived by her son, David Algeri; sisters, Deborah Piekielek and Sandy Warren; grandchildren, Lori (Ryan) Hays, Gary (Jennifer Young) Perovich, and Christopher Perovich; great-grandson, Bentley Hays; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Joan was preceded in death by her brother, Arnold Boullion; sister, Eileen Szymarek; and daughter-in-law, Debra Algeri.
