Lois J. Olson, 92, of Lexington, SC, formerly of Elizabeth Township, died Tuesday, December 6, 2016. She was born December 31, 1923 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late James L. and Hilda Mayer Kohler She was the wife of the late Ernest R. Olson who died March 17, 2011. Lois worked for US Steel Christy Park Works from 1942-1945 and US Steel Duquesne Works from 1947-1957.

She is survived by her son, Delmar R. (Linda) Olson of Lexington, SC, grandchildren, Michelle (Adam) Schlott, Danny (Madison) Olson, and Evan (Jess) Hasley, great-grandchildren, Haley and Hannah Schlott and Dominic Olson. Friends are welcome Friday December 9 from 2-4 and 6-9 pm, at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. (412) 751-5000 Drew J.
