Zachary Edward Evagues  age 28, of Duquesne on December, 9 2016, as a result of complications of post traumatic stress disorder. He is a son of Leonard and Joanne (Bevan) Evagues of Duquesne. He was a machinist by trade. He was a member of Christ the Light of the World Parish where he was a former altar server. He was a US Army Veteran for eight years including a tour of duty in Iraq. He received a Combat Action Badge. He was a graduate of Wilson Christian Academy and Mon Valley Technical School. Beside his parents he is survived by brothers and sisters, Sally (Matt) Smith of Parker, CO, Brian (Deirdre) Kamauf of North Huntingdon, First Sergeant, Jennifer Martin of Altus Air Force Base, OK, Terrence (Crystal) Kamauf, Houston, TX, Stephanie Evagues of McMinnville, TN and Rebecca Kamauf of Duquesne; grandson of Eleanor Duche of West Mifflin; boyfriend of Richelle Swyers of Dubois; also aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Visitation Tuesday from 12-8 p.m. at the MALOY - SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, 915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne (412) 466-3300. Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, at Holy Name Church of Christ the Light of the World Parish at 11 a.m. Where military honors will be accorded. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his family.
