 Jean Agnes Johnson, 96, of North Versailles, PA, died Sunday, February 23, 2025. She was born in McKeesport, PA, on June 24, 1928, and was the daughter of the late James and Margaret Faix Thomas. She was the wife of the late Richard W. Johnson. Jean was a loving wife, devoted mother, and proud grandmother. She lived a life rooted in faith, love, and unwavering strength, and she had a deep devotion to the Blessed Mother Mary. She enjoyed gardening with her husband, baking with her granddaughters, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her children, Joyce (James) Stupansky of North Huntingdon and Richard (the late Ruth Ann) Johnson of North Versailles; grandchildren, Kristen Stupansky (fiancé Tim Johnson) and Kara Stupansky (Jake Baxter) and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Jean was preceded in death by her siblings Paul (Dolores) Thomas, James (Mary Ann) Thomas, William (Eileen) Thomas, Edward Thomas, and Bernice (Robert) Bosniak.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, February 28, 2025, from 4 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Mary, Mother of God Parish, St. Angela Merici Church on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.jaycox-jaworskifh.com.
